Jim Kahoe – Principal

Jim has been a Personal Financial Representative with Allstate since 2007. His Middleburg Heights Office is one largest in the state, serving over 5,000 households. Jim’s knowledge and understanding of the people in his community sets him apart from other insurance agencies. He is committed to providing top rate customer service; whether that involves giving his cell phone number so he can follow-up with you after business hours or coming to your home to research what products and packages best fit your needs. Jim attended Akron University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Communication. He is married with two girls. In his free time, he enjoys coaching and mentoring the Revere Girl’s softball recreation league. He has been their head coach for 7 years.

Dean Miserandino – New Account Specialists

Dean has been with Kahoe Insurance Services since 2009. He has worked in the Insurance Industry for 15 years with knowledge and work experience stemming from South Carolina and Massachusetts. His interest and knowhow of the industry began as a little boy while watching his dad who also works in the Insurance field. Dean grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to the Cleveland area in 2003. He is a sports enthusiast and spends his spare time with his three little girls.

Bob Malbasa – Personal Financial Representative

Bob has been a representative for Allstate since 1991. His goal is to educate clients on Allstate’s financial products and educate you on how they can help build a secure financial future. Not only can he assist you with Allstate’s broad range of financial products, but with his expertise can help for you to achieve your financial goals. Bob has lived in Ohio all of his life. He has one adult son who is serving our country in the military. When not working, Bob enjoys watching and supporting Cleveland’s own Cavs, Browns and Indians.

Laura Rowley – Account Retention Specialists

Laura joined the Kahoe family in 2011. She brings her experience in customer relations; as well as, marketing and advertising to our office. Laura was born and raised in the Cleveland area. She attended Kent State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in public relations. She is married with three active children. When she’s not cheering her kids on in their endeavors in softball, football and everything in between, she enjoys gardening, bike riding and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.

Lauren Amalong – New Accounts Specialist

Lauren is our most recent addition to the Kahoe family. She is currently a full time student at The University of Akron majoring in Public Relations and Business Organization, with a minor in English. Lauren is planning on graduation in Spring of 2013. Outside of school and work Lauren likes to spend time with her family and friends.
